Impact Track

1️⃣ Impact measurement and improving activities

Impact Track highlighted one of the main benefits of impact measurement: improving activities. This approach enabled organisations to refine their methods and gather feedback from their stakeholders through open questions. Concrete examples, such as Passerelle Des Saveurs and des Ailes, illustrated these improvements.

2️⃣ Gaining credibility through impact measurement

The organisation analysed the role of impact measurement in strengthening the credibility of projects, a key asset in a period of budget restriction. This increased recognition facilitated the opening of new partnership opportunities.

3️⃣ Webinar on impact measurement in social and professional inclusion

A webinar organised on 6 February highlighted the experience of Apprentis Solidaires, a programme deployed by AFEV across 32 branches. Nadia Nait Takourout's talk made it possible to deconstruct certain received ideas about impact measurement and to show how to structure an evaluation process at national and local scale.

4️⃣ Call for projects for impact measurement

Impact Track launched a call for projects aimed at five non-profit organisations. These organisations benefited from a year of free access to an impact management platform, an e-learning programme, two training sessions with an expert and online support.

5️⃣ 2024 review: progress and user satisfaction

2024 was marked by notable growth:

• +41% of projects supported compared with 2023, with a total of 560 projects equipped since 2019 and 359 active.

• 97% user satisfaction for support and training.

• 94% of project holders recommending Impact Track.

• 82% of users who shared their impact page observed a gain in credibility.

Impact Track also worked on the development of sectoral impact measurements and greater user autonomy.

Isahit

1️⃣ Isahit reaches a B Corp score of 126.3

In December 2021, Isahit had obtained a B Corp score of 114.6. The 2024 evaluation revealed significant progress, reaching 126.3. This improvement reflects the company's continued efforts on AI ethics, with a strengthened approach in five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers.

2️⃣ Event on AI and financial services in Paris

As part of AI Action Week, Isahit co-organised an exclusive event in Paris on 5 February. The objective was to explore the impact of AI on financial services through discussions with experts, including Augustin Prate (Kayrros), Isabelle Mashola (Isahit), and Louis C. (Alma). An exchange with Renaud Dumora (BNP Paribas) and Charles-Albert Lehalle (École Polytechnique) made it possible to address the future of AI in this sector.

3️⃣ Nomination by Meaningful Business

Isahit was recognised by Meaningful Business for its commitment to digital solutions with impact. This nomination underlines the company's alignment with its mission of responsible AI and impact sourcing.
