What this site collects, what it does not, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Third parties: chat, tracking and embeds
This version of the site runs no chat assistant, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder. The podcast page embeds a Spotify player for each episode. Those players load as you scroll to them, so Spotify sees your visit and may set its own cookies before you play anything. Nothing plays on its own, and no other page of this site embeds a third party. If a chat assistant is added in a later version, this section will be updated before it goes live, not after.
Forms
When you submit a form we collect what you enter, plus the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL. We use it to reply to you. In this version, form submissions are not yet delivered to a mailbox.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.
