Ramify, the new investment platform that puts first-class advice within everyone's reach, announces a 3.5 million euro funding round.
Paris, 14 November 2022 - A specialist in online wealth management, Ramify offers personalised investment strategies on financial products that were previously hard to access.
To support the development of its solution, the start-up completed a 3.5 million euro round with its investor Newfund, well-known institutional players such as AG2R LA MONDIALE, Groupe Apicil via Mandalore Partners, Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie via its subsidiary Brie Picardie Expansion, and business angels including Hervé Schricke, co-founder of Meilleurtaux.com.
"This transaction will serve to consolidate our positioning on the online savings and investment market in France. We plan to recruit quantitative researchers from the leading financial institutions and add a digital tax assistant so that savers can easily take advantage of all the tax-relief options available on the market," says Samy Ouardini, CEO and co-founder of Ramify.
Diversify, personalise and simplify financial investments
Ramify puts its industry expertise and technology at the service of its clients to build personalised, multi-product allocations with some of the lowest management fees on the market. It offers a 100% digital experience and makes products and services previously reserved for a privileged clientele accessible to as many people as possible.
From robo-advisor discretionary management...
A wide range of SCPIs and ETFs is offered in discretionary management, with an integrated tax component for a clear view of net yield after fees and taxes.
...to the construction of personalised, multi-product allocations
Through Ramify, investors also have access to high-end products such as Luxembourg-law life insurance, Lombard loans, leveraged SCPI financing, prestigious private equity funds such as Ardian, ODDO BHF, Eurazeo, Bridgepoint and Apax, and access to investments in start-ups.
A next-generation private banking model combining advice and performance
Made up of quantitative researchers and multi-asset wealth management experts who stay informed in real time on market trends, the team designs a strategy tailored to each client, taking into account all of their specific circumstances, including their tax environment.
"Investors can find it difficult to choose, in an informed way, the investment solution that best fits their situation. We combine technology and the human touch to help them make the best decisions. Our clients' feedback is unanimous: support and advice are essential qualities in investment management. It is this hybrid positioning that allows us to serve our existing users as well as possible and to convince more of them," says Olivier Herbout, Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Ramify.
An offering that appeals to investors, and promising performance
Today Ramify has more than 1,000 clients, from ambitious professionals looking for a single tool that centralises services to more senior profiles who already have significant wealth and are seeking advice and optimisation. Since the beginning of 2022, the platform's hybrid model has enabled the riskiest portfolios to outperform the S&P by 10%.
