Fintech-Regtech Mipise, specialised in white-label solutions for digitising financial activities, announces that it has completed a 1.3 million euro funding round to accelerate the European rollout of its offering dedicated to asset management companies (private equity, real estate) and crowdfunding players.
Founded in 2013 by Michel Ivanovsky and Sébastien Bik, two former bank executives and financial consultants, Mipise has specialised in technological innovation in the service of digitising investments in finance, and more specifically private equity, real estate and crowdfunding. MIPISE's clients have raised more than 2.5 billion euros through its solution, and the company's revenue, which has grown by 40% a year since 2018, is generated 20% internationally.
It is precisely to accelerate its internationalisation in Europe - in particular in the Benelux, Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom - and to consolidate its leading position on the French market with asset management companies and crowdfunding platforms, that Mipise completed a 1.3 million euro funding round.
This round brings together its historical investors, family office THEOS and Corporate Venture-as-a-Service firm MANDALORE PARTNERS, with a newcomer, asset management company VATEL CAPITAL, which is entering the capital. In addition, an employee share ownership plan has been put in place so that all employees can take part in the company's future development.
Mipise will thus benefit from a significant strengthening of its institutional and employee shareholding, a guarantee both of security for the future and of the capacity to pursue its growth and development objectives.
Michel IVANOVSKY, Chairman of Mipise, says: "This round supports our development ambitions and addresses the needs and challenges of finance players engaged in the transition of their activities. As a leader in France in the creation of crowdfunding platforms and in the digitisation of investment processes for investment funds, we want to become a European reference in these businesses, while integrating the very strong expertise the company has developed in distribution management, business register-keeping and payments."
