Founder & Managing Partner
Minh is the Managing Partner of Mandalore Partners, which seeks to create an innovative framework that enables investors of firms in early stages to achieve scale exposure to a range of traditional, alternative and tech venture capital assets.
In addition to his experience as one of the founders’ team at AXA Ventures, Minh was also an integral part of several other VC firms, including Nokia Ventures, Bertelsmann Ventures and Truffle Capital.
Sonny Vu

Sonny Vu is a serial entrepreneur turned investor, a visionary, and an advisor to deep tech startups with the potential for positive, planet-level impact. Along with John Sculley (former CEO of Apple), Sridhar Iyengar, and Christy Trang Le, he founded, ran, and sold MisFit in 2015 and is now helping early-stage startups based on technological breakthrough build and streamline a fast-growing business.

Launched and grew Startupbootcamp InsurTech accelerator to become the leading Insurance accelerator in Europe. Selected over Silicon Valley options to launch the InsurTech Hub accelerator for the City of Hartford, Connecticut. Advised over 30 renowned insurance institutions across both continents on balanced investment portfolio strategies. In 2019, refocused efforts to execute six world-class Co-creation Labs with 10 insurance providers. Sourced 900 scaleups. 19 moved to commercial pilot stage. InsurTech Top 50 influencer. Dr. Florian Schreiber

Florian is a Lecturer in Insurance, Finance, Digital Business Models at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, and in Risk Management at Arts and University of St. Gallen. He has a Ph.D in Management from University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Florian’s research focuses on risk management, insurance, and finance. He is also a co-author of <The Current InsurTech Landscape: Business Models and Disruptive Potential>.
ANNA MACLEAN
Analyst
Anna holds a Master in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and previously obtained a Bachelor in French and German Literature from Bowdoin College (US). Following experiences in M&A with leading Paris law firms, she delved into venture capital and the evolution of startups, joining Mandalore in 2020. Today, she has developed a double specialization combining the structuring of VC operations and the operational legal of startups.
