Responding to strong investor demand for unlisted and alternative assets, Alpheys launches its new Alpheys Private Assets offering.
Capitalizing on its technology expertise, Alpheys has chosen the fast-growing field of blockchain and its applications in Web3 as its first investment theme.
Wishing to join forces with a global player, at the forefront of the major transformations linked to Web3, Alpheys has partnered with Clearvue Partners (CVP) and the fund CVP NoLimit Holdings (CVP NLH).
Gin Chao, founder of CVP NLH, is an independent director of Binance US and former Chief Strategy Officer of Binance Worldwide. His track record as head of Binance Labs, the venture capital division of Binance, makes Gin Chao an undisputed international reference in blockchain private equity. CVP NLH, in partnership with private equity fund CVP, led by Harry Hui, and specialized in high-growth consumer and technology strategies, announced the launch of a USD 100 million fund dedicated to strategic Web3 investments: the CVP NoLimit Fund I.
Alpheys will be the distributor in France of the European version of the fund. The fund will be co- managed by Mandalore Partners, a specialist in technology venture capital. Mandalore Partners advises numerous institutional investors in France, particularly in the insurance and savings sectors.
